In addition to her enormous passion for yoga, she once started as a personal trainer and nutritional coach. Something she still does with great pleasure.
As a Personal Trainer she was looking for a way to improve her training, to find a balance between the physical, the mind and movement. That is how her journey to yoga began. Training is both physical and mental.
In the yoga teacher training she found new ways of stretching the body. Deeper into the tissue (connective tissue). Before she knew it, she was addicted to the feeling that mindfulness / meditation and the different forms of yoga gave. At the end of every practice she felt renewed every time. This energy brought her a happier life, and a sense of consciousness of her physical body and mind.
Strengthened by her interest in anatomy, she realized that our body comes in all shapes and sizes. As a result, she always gives options in her yoga classes.
She believes that yoga is good for everyone, young and old. Yoga gives each person the time and space to delve into the pose.
Yoga is more than physical movement, it is also the awareness of, self-discovery and self-awareness.
