Ayurveda is the knowledge of a long, happy and healthy life.
This holistic medicine-system developed in India about 5000 years ago and is considered the oldest health system in the world.

According to Ayurveda there are three basic energies: Vata, Pitta and Kapha – also called doshas. These three doshas together in combination with each other form our unique constitution. All our physical, mental and psychic qualities express a completely individual combination of these three doshas in our personality. They form our “ayurveda type”, the blueprint for a long and healthy life.

– Lifestyle and dietary advice for every Dosha
-Ayurveda Spring exercises to support your health
– Kapha balancing yoga

 

Ayurveda exercises:

We do Ayurveda exercises to support your health especially for the spring season: you learn to balance Kapha dosha (earth / water) to feel more energetic, lighter and clearer in body and mind. You will also learn why, according to Ayurveda, this is one of the best times to detox.

Ayurvedic yoga:
Kapha balancing yoga: during this workshop we will go through a short Ayurvedic yoga practice, through which you will experience what kind of yoga and pranayama we can do specifically in springtime to create balance.
