As far as she knows she has been passionate about health all her life, but only learned later that this includes more than just enough exercise and healthy nutrition. A healthy lifestyle also includes sufficient rest and relaxation and learning that some things are there to let go. Yoga has helped her to grow in this. She followed her yoga training at Arhanta Yoga. In addition, she has followed more physically-oriented courses including aerobics, BodyPump and functional training. The combination of effort and relaxation will also be reflected in her yoga classes.
In daily life she can be found at the VUmc where she works in the medical psychology and rehabilitation medicine departments. Here she can use both her academic studies in psychology and health sciences, as well as yoga and the more physical sports trainings. Coaching and teaching gives her positive energy and peace and she loves to share this with others.
