Alana has had a great interest in Eastern philosophy and long-distance travel from an early age. She came into contact with yoga around the age of 21, and it soon became clear to her that yoga was a beautiful way to (come to) become more vital, happier and more aware of life. That is why she finally decided to leave her career behind and to follow her passion.
From a holistic vision, she wants to guide people to the best version of their self, through yoga and meditation lessons, training, coaching and workshops.
She has followed her yoga training in India with various training courses, master classes & workshops in the Netherlands. She teaches hatha, yin, vinyasa and core flow yoga, meditation and makes her own care products.
